1. Try on and pick out which chain(s) you want. If you already know which chain(s), please let me know before your appointment so I can confirm I have it for you. Sometimes certain styles sell out.

2. The chain is custom fit to your wrist, ankle, or neck with a temporary link so you can test the sizing. Once it feels perfect, the jewelry is Bonded!

**Once the chain is cut, it is final sale. Make sure it's the one you love before we cut the chain.

3. After you're Bonded, we will take your picture for the Bonded Nooga scrap book.

4 .I take Venmo, Cash, Credit, or Debit as payment. No checks.

It's as permanent as you want/need it to be.

If you need to remove it, just cut it at the link that was Bonded so we can put it back on for you when you're ready.

Re-welds are included, free of charge.

No worries! If this happens, cut it at the link it was Bonded, and I'll put it back on after your procedure. 

It's very low maintenance! Sterling silver can start to tarnish with extensive chlorine exposure, but polishing cloths will take care of that easily.

As long as you make sure to dry your jewelry after swimming, sweating, or showering, it'll keep looking sparkly!

Well, besties, from personal experience, I have ran multiple obstacle course races and participated in CrossFit games, and my pieces are still Bonded strong!

However, they aren't entirely invincible because it is fine jewelry. If it breaks, bring it back and I'll Bond it again for free.

Because the jewelry is made of precious metals, they won't set off the metal detector. Just like your wedding ring or other nice jewelry!

It's OK! We offer clasped options, too. We also do Bonded rings (and obvi a ring is never permanent, lol)

No. All sales are final. You can gift it to someone else, or move it to the other wrist, etc.

Yes! Practice and training for the right settings and techniques are used to ensure safety. For extra protection, a small leather piece is placed between the chain and your skin during bonding.
